Retake the 407 or force them to lower charges. Then force trucks to use the 407 and ban them on the 401 between winston chruchill thru to oshawa. That would be huge for traffic.

Places like Switzerland mined for years and years to accomplish the type of things they did underground. We didnt even have paved roads in this country when they started tunneling in Europe
