I've taken three computer science courses at the college level, and this is the most straightforward and enabling re-introduction I've had to computer science. Thank you so much!

I seriously learnt more here than in dozens of other videos. I didn’t know quit. I didn’t know running a program from the command line. Thank you

A very soothing and clear voice, in a decent pace. A touch of humor and to the point explanations. Thank you! Just starting out with Python (again) so this will be a great re-start.

I've coded for 30+ years in more languages than I can count. Your video series is the BEST by far I've ever seen on learning how to code in any language. Your first video grabs the audience and helps people, hopefully also girls and women, get interested in coding. Love the last scene, "I code". Great JOB!

I have stumbled onto the series. The layout, look, voice, and even the ability to see every bit of the code make me cant wait tell they get into GUIs, networking, databases, and more.

Brilliant, beautiful and funny. These clips are great! I just started picking up python a couple of days ago, and I'm blessed to have found your collection. Keep up the great work! Thanks again, and have a great day.

I swerved into this channel by looking up dictionaries and lists. In five or six minutes, I learned more about the two constructs and a little about tuples than I had gotten from reading books and going through my MOOC. Thanks! I will be running through the entire series.

How did I not find this channel sooner?? (Well, I know why, I just got back into coding and I'm learning Python now... But still!!) I saw the more recent Python videos and loved them so much I came back here and damn... 9 years... I swear you haven't aged a day haha. In all seriousness though, this is such a fantastic and engaging way to convey dry subject matter.

I wish my comp sci teacher in high school had been even remotely like this. She was so old school (mind you this was ~15 years ago but still), we had to write our code out by hand on paper and she didn't like anyone doing other than *exactly* what she told us to do. I had so many fun ideas - and I only worked on them after I completed the tasks she assigned, and well done enough to earn an easy A - but she got upset every time. Told me I could just keep working on the project and refining it... She killed my passion for coding, but I'm glad I'm getting back into it now.

This is how I think of coding in my head and want to learn it - in very 'natural' conversation. I wish that there were more channels like this. I know it's a bit of a niche area of youtube but I feel like your videos still deserve millions of views. Actual 10/10 to me. I look forward to more content 🙏

I enjoy your Python videos. They are professionally crafted and educational, some of the best I've seen.

i came here to hate on the weird style and music, i am used to watching old school type tutorials but ended up watching half of the series.
I am not a good teacher, i know this as i tried teaching to my younger brother, so i know a good teacher when i see one. my god, u r one of the best for elementary level programming.

people think its hard to create an advanced tutorial, but thats easy as they assume u already know everything, but for beginner level tutorial its such a hard task.

i am still a student but if this channel continues i will surely become a patron.
