This is a beautiful song. It reminds of the Paul McCartney era. Joel Smallbone looks particularly pleased when his brother Luke begins to sing. He looks as though he is thinking, yes! that's exactly the way this song should sound! For King and Country is on Holy Fire and I pray they remain that way for many years to come.

I remember when this video was released. I was thirteen and I thought no one could ever love me, but this song was the best thing I’d ever heard. This was the only love song I’d listen to and I’d put it on every day. I stopped at some point because this version isn’t on Spotify and it really should be.

Anyway, this is my first time looking back at this video in AGES and it still has that something in it that makes me want to melt into a happy little puddle. It’s strange saying this because FK&C has a ton of hopeful Jesus songs, but this is the song that brought me the most hope and happiness in the years from hell. Now I’m older and feeling better. Still not sure if I could ever love someone the way this song describes, but if I ever do happen to have a wedding, this song goes on the playlist.
