My wife and I went back in 2021 using MyVegas points for 2 for 1 (I notice MyVegas increased their points use for all the buffets), and we went to Excalibur which is much better. Based on your video, minus the crab boil, Luxor improved their buffet from when we went. However, Excalibur provides more items overall. Thanks for the update.

Luxor will always have a special place in my heart. I feel like they haven’t changed much in the last 25 years. The price of the boil is a bit much. Specially after seeing your review on Crab N Spice 😋👍. Great review.

At that price I would just go to the buffet at Wynn. Hands down a FAR better buffet than Luxor.

$38 + $42 for the seafood boil. $80 plus tax. For the same price you can go to the Wynn Buffet and get all you can eat crab legs and prime rib.

The boil you were just at in Henderson seems like a better price overall, and parking is easier. Thank you for the review!

You should also factor in parking. Wynn gives you three hours of free parking. If you make reservations, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the buffet at Wynn.

The reason why the crab sticks like that is because it was just defrosted and waterlogged...technically that's not quality crab..and for that price as an add on isn't worth it..when you can go to AYCE for not a lot more.

The crab boil looks okay but kinda not worth the upgrade charge. For the price of the buffet plus the crab boil upgrade I would rather go to the Wynn buffet or an all you can eat seafood boil place. I would go to the Luxor buffet just for the normal buffet if I had a discount coupon tbh.

Hmmm, so $38 brunch (or weekday $27 (local's pricing)) x 2 ppl + $42 for 1 lb crab... $118+tax and tip... For Luxor?!?! YIKES!!! Should have gone back to the AYCE (w/king crab/lobster) boil place... Thanks for TOFTT... Their stations were cleaner and maybe better organized this time though...
