Just as someone else said, bacteriophages only attack prokaryote cells(bacteria) and it hasn't ever been obsverve a mechanism to successfully infect eukaryote cells(like humans).
That's the difference with other viruses that can infect eukaryote, like the coronavirus classification. This type of virus it's been present on different diseases like the flu, from a long time and it's why is possible to mutate from reservoirs to new diseases.
