Keep in mind that I'm showing you my practice. You don't have to follow it if you don't like it. Feel free to adjust this fitness practice to your needs & to your physical capabilities. I'm not going to say much to preserve my energy. I'll just move. You can move along with me at your own risk and discretion. Please use common sense and don't force yourself if you experience harsh pain and discomfort. Keep breathing at all times and read the disclaimer before you join.
