Moreover, my busy daily research finding allow me to showcase examples of these failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).

Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.

ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

I'm a retired digital graphic artist. It's a composite image. What I mean is that the motion of upper Putin has been composited onto a still picture. If you closely watch the upper arms halfway between shoulders and elbows, the motion in the upper half should be transmitted into the lower half, on both arms. And it is not. I know a few people locally who could do a better job using Final Cut Pro. Lol. Sloppy work by the Kremlin gremlins. Tsk. ;-)

What would be funny is if we could ask Peskov which NATO nations' troops were currently involved in the conflict. If he's smart, he would say: none. However if he gave a list, then it means those nations can send in troops without any worry of escalation because they Russian State already believes them to be in the field.
