UK, France boost efforts to stymie undocumented migrants

The British government says it is increasing its efforts with France to stop undocumented migrants crossing the English Channel in small boats.
On Monday, at least 430 made the dangerous journey - a new daily record.
But with the numbers rising, some say the only solution is legal safe routes.

My view is that new UK laws will not make a difference to illegal migration. The present UK government is too weak to enforce them, also these illegal immigrants do not recognise immigration laws and will continue to arrive at a cost to the UK until the economy collapses.
