Federal judge block portion of new Florida elections law

A federal judge on Monday blocked Florida from enforcing part of a new elections law that bans non-citizens from handling or or collecting voter registration forms, saying the state can't restrict individual rights and gave no proof it was necessary to do so.

U.S. Chief District Judge Mark Walker granted the injunction just days after it went into effect on July 1.

The governor's coordination with other republican states is unconstitutional, as Republicans violates separation of power principals by way of enacting similar measures, Desantis didn't had a problem with brokers who has been hired to illegally solicit private information from other citizens when a private lawfirm collected 600 thousand signatures probably for the benefit of Republicans when federal law required the increase of minimum wage to $15.00/hour, the lobbying effort saved Desantis and it's corporate sponsors billions of dollars in revenue as desantis allies convinced citizens of the state, that $15.00/hour requirements by small businesses would be harmful for the working class, so they lowered the requirements as suggested to $10.00/hour of course there is no verification requirements witch allowed Desantis to relinquish billions of dollars in earned income by illegal migrants currently held in equity by corporations supported the measure of 10.00/hour, the state lost billions under Desantis as he recently signed an enormous budget into law deliberately contributing to high inflation higher cost of living expenses, fraud and corruption, Desantis is clearly unfit for any public office I hope the federal government will prosecute him in connection with his extracurricular activities.
