When a nominee has previously acted, spoken or written a mindset illuminating their prejudice it should be fair game to question them and expect an intelligible answer.

Personally, I do not have an issue with personal views. What I do have a problem with, is the straight up incompetence and ignorance of the recent nominations for judges. Who were only nominated in the first place because they checked a box of some color coded agenda driven goal rather than being qualified.
