So this is not in fact an overnight afk farm. I've tried this a few times now, and there seem to be a few breaking points:
1. If one faction gets wiped out they will respawn on the top floor and de-aggro. Fighting will stop.
2. If the Cleanroot Knight Ghosts get killed around 3 times, they stop respawning.
3. Randomly the AI will get stuck and stop fighting.

It doesn't matter where in the dungeon you are, you can sit right on top of everyone or at the site of grace. You can fix 1 by throwing a knife at a pillar downstairs, that'll send all enemies to investigate the noise at which point they'll aggro each other again. Once 2 occurs you have to rest at a site of grace, I couldn't find a way to make the Cleanroot ghosts spawn again otherwise. 3 can sometimes be fixed by attacking one of the ghosts directly.
This method will net you 50k to 70k in total each reset, which is not bad for a semi-afk farm. The first time I've done it I got 70k within 30 minutes, the second time only 3k in 2 hours because it got stuck. It needs some regular upkeep so 100% NOT an overnight 1.2m farm, but great if you have other things to do on your PC or nearby.

Patched sadly, they barely take any damage from each other and are now immune to basically all status effects.

This has been semi-patch. There's just a little more nuance to the exploit. They might spawn near you when they respawn, and it takes getting to the upper ledge to get the hits to take effect. It does 'break' a little more easy, too. But it's doable, and can be worth the while if you've defeated Radhan early.

Please if you're struggling with rahdan, go buy rotten breath, from dragon communion and hoarfrost stomp. You can kill him in 30secs.

This works perfectly for quite a while if you actually stay in the room and just hide in the corner. The video is slightly misleading mentioning you can camp all the way back at grace. It's just a bit scary leaving your character AFK in that room 🤣

The knights no longer seem to take damage from the scarlet rot, went here and stayed for 30 minutes and got almost nothing.

I find that if you sit in corner before you go down the stairs to spawn the knight, will keep them fighting.

Even if it’s a little buggy i get more out of this than the boulder on the ps4 bc of load times

Also if you do it at night (in game night) golden eyes have a chance to spawn (versions of creatures with glowing eyes) they yield about 5 times the experience of non-glowy versions

In additon to this, if you have the Mimic's Veil you can apply it before heading in and afk at the ghost spawn. enemies wont see you unless they actively see you move.

Okay after some testing you are going to run in the middle of the room take the far right stair case up dodge roll the archer then go down the hallway. Turn right after the second archer then keep going. You’ll see a knight sitting down. Before you get to him jump out the window to the right. Climb up the staircase. And to the right should be the window where the first archer is. Crawl through sit next to the lever and use the mimic ability. That way when you are done you just drop down and go back to the grace.

This method only works for like 10 minutes for me and then they stop fighting.

The usefulness of this dropped tenfold when you said you need to beat Radahn first, but I'll save it and come back if and when that happens!

Doesn't really work anymore. 9 out of 10 times they stop fighting after 10-15 mins. I was 1h afk at the same spot and only got 6k runes.

This method does work for a bit. Here is why it can stop working randomly.

The knights always spawn up top, the ghosts at the bottom. If the new knights that spawn fail to get drug into the melee in the bottom the farm ends. It seems like luck if the knights will pull aggro on the ghost and drop down to fight sometimes they will, sometimes they won't.

I farm runes here, I'm around level 115 at the moment. I'm a full mage build, I just run down the hall, target a mob somewhere in the middle and go full send with Comet Azur. It's usually enough to kill everything up there, and if not I chug a potion and go for round 2. Afterward, a single knight will repeatedly spawn near the end of the upper area. A full blast of Comet Azur will kill him. Sometimes they use Bloodhound's Step to dodge, but you simply just either keep casting if you have enough FP or wait for them to reappear and re-cast. I haven't measured exactly how many runes you can get per hour, but it's a lot. I keep doing this until I run out of FP potions, then sit at the site of grace and do it all over again.

This only works for 10 minutes and only gets like 14k runes, have to reset it every 10minutes .. so doesn't really work

Not sure if they hot fixed this, but they do not spawn indefinitely anymore. At some point, you'll need to reset this....so overnight farms don't work any longer.
Still effective if you need to get up for a short bit and literally do anything else...dishes, garbage, anything
