Toto's "25th Anniversary Live in Amsterdam" is a musical celebration of the band's career. It was shot live at the Heineken Arena, in Amsterdam on February 17th, 2003.

Toto may be past its prime as a multi-platinum recording band, but Live in Amsterdam offers abundant proof that their performances are as electrifying as ever. Recorded in Amsterdam's Heineken Music Hall on February 17, 2003, near the end of Toto's 25th-anniversary world tour, this dynamic concert serves as a cheerful reminder that Toto has been alive and well and recording steadily since 1978. The band's 2002 release Through the Looking Glass was an album of covers, two of which are welcomed here: "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" is a prime showcase for guitarist Steve Lukather, and "Bodhisattva" is a tight, meticulous tribute to Toto's original drummer, the late Jeff Porcaro, and his classic sessions with Steely Dan. The mega-hits "Africa," "Rosanna," and "Hold the Line" are perfectly executed, and in a band full of talented singers, lead vocalist Bobby Kimball sounds better than ever. Two impressive medleys show the band in full gear as a comfortable unit of seasoned professionals, highlighted by impeccable work from keyboardist David Paich, bassist Mike Porcaro, and ace drummer Simon Phillips.

Mike Porcaro was diagnosed with ALS not too long after this tour. He was already feeling the early effects DURING the tour but initially chalked it up to age and fatigue. He retired completely in 2007 and passed from ALS in 2015

Bobby Kimball is the real pure voice and member of TOTO, cuz' i think even (sorry) Joseph Williams aren't have an oriental signature of TOTO, but okay, he's still great and brought a new experience of TOTO when he was performed "Stop loving you" And "Pamela". Thanks Gerald for sharing to me this video, i love it.

Porcaro died at his home in Los Angeles on March 15, 2015, at the age of 59, surrounded by his family, due to complications from ALS. He was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.

i don't care how many times i hear this video, it always gives me goosebumps!!!
i wonder why the cover of can't get next to you from their looking glass album
was so slow, much slower than this live version. it's too bad they didn't make
livlier album version more like this live version. kimball was in rare form for this one!!
