You are right, some do look like Christmas trees. These cars and trucks are demo units for things that can be done, not necessarily what departments will actually order.

Its like a Christmas tree half of these cars, they should keep it simple. Look at some of the HWP units in Australia (Especially QLD), exceptionally well designed and great use of lightbars and discrete LEDs

Well the HWP units in Queensland and NSW are fantastic example's, especially the high visibility ones in Queensland. I dont think ive seen one that comes close to the QLD vehicles/sirens/lights. They use different welps here, i'am sure you could here this two blocks over and easily realize its a PPV: =C3mIma2h2b4

I hate those Brammo bikes they suck. I live in Ashland and I hear them wizzing all over town. The thing I don't understand is how the can run a siren and lighting package when the range on them is already so bad. They better hope the make a traffic stop in the first couple miles, other wise they would be stranded and have to get picked up by a real police vehicle.

Police departments don't need thermal imaging or LMG's. That stuff needs to stay in the military not police departments.
