i ordered these on saturday for 222€ and i can't wait for them to arrive

update: i've been using them for a week now and i absolutely love them. They do cancel a lot of noise without music but it's even better with music. The first day of using them i wore them while commuting to school and i couldn't hear the noises of the train, i just felt the vibrations of it. They're truly amazing. There was also a crying baby on the train and i could barely hear it.
Also i'm cancelling out a conversation between two loud girls as i'm writing this. I can still hear a bit of it but my misophonia does mane it difficult for any headphone. All in All i really like em.

Another Update: they've been stolen and i now use JBL Live 660NC, they have a better outer shell but the sound quality of the sonys was so much better

I just bought these and they are perfect. I use them connected simultaneously to my laptop and a phone, when I work. Today they are avaible in my country for 280€. It's a steal!!! 😊

I just got mine as my first over ear headphones and they’re amazing. I had to mess around w/ the EQ but after that it was amazing. They’re very comfortbale and I love that they fold up. Compared to my airpods they make music sound better and make it 100x more comfortable.

I've had mine for about a year or so from a local Rent a Center and have been revolutional in my opinion. They are my first ANC and Bluetooth headset for exclusively music. I already have a Sony Gaming headset for my PS4 and they are only wireless for the PS4 and PS5 so they'll were wired for my use for music from my phone. I stopped using the wireless feature as I felt it being too needy to always charge after each session and so I just use it wired instead. I had an S6 Edge Plus then an A11 and now a Galaxy Z Fold 4 and so wired headphones no longer have any need besides gaming. So owning these before getting a headphone jack less phone is great. I got my equalizer on +10 for everything and I like my stuff loud so being able to do this is great on the app. I've seen the design of the XM5 and like the XM4's design better. With the S6 Edge Plus, I had it as a main until early 2021 and had the A11 for almost 2 years and expect in keeping the Z-Fold 4 for a long time as I like the gimmick of a foldable phone. I also believe ANC as a gimmick also since it may have been around for a long time, it hasn't been mastered yet and most people wouldn't care about ANC unless they just wanna hear their music more than background noise which most don't care about I think. Can't hear anything with music playing so being able to do this is magical for a person only having one pair of headphones with the ANC feature.

Custom ear pads work better from other headphones. The pressure to the head after 2+ hours is excruciatingly painful. Custom ear pads aren't as recessed as QC 35/QC 45, close enough to comfort. Bose wins as always!

Good review, thanks. No mention of the fact that your app is showing the aac codec as you're using an iPhone. Most android phones will allow the Sony LDAC codec, which sounds considerably better with music from sources outputting more than 320kbps (eg Qobuz). Game changer
