In my extra room of my two room apartment, there is this aquarium and shelves of books. Tired from my studies, the bubbling effervescence of the tank keeps me percolating. Every so often, I put my studies aside to admire the life in the tank before me. Tireless are the golden fish, inquisitive are the angels. Numberless are the guppies. Lesson learned, I return to my studies, buoyed by my friends.

As a small elementary age child if I had a nightmare I'd get up and start to my parents room like most children do, but my mom startled awake very easily and would scream and jump and sometimes swing on me when I would stand next to her bed trying to wake her up to let me cuddle bc I was scared so I would sit on the edge of the couch and watch the fish tank to calm down and would fall asleep there alot of times. As I got older and older (as a person with very high anxiety levels) sitting in the rocking chair front of the fish tank and rocking would help me so so much. This is just so calming to me.
And this is the first video I've found that doesnt have talking or music in it, that is longer than a few minutes. So thank you so much for this video. It is such a splendid and special thing for me and it seems too alot of others. Thank you deeply.

I’m used to fall asleep facetiming my boyfriend and his fishtank actually helps me fall asleep. Sometimes he falls asleep b4 he can FaceTime me and this video sounds exactly like his tank. So ty :)
