Batteries in this timer last for around 6 months under normal usage. Does it have a Battery Life Indicator? Yes, on the screen it displays battery condition What happens when the battery is about to die? It has a built-in safety mechanism that shuts the valve when the battery is about to die. This ensures that the valve is not left open and over-water the plants. Why is the Water not coming out when the timer valve is open? The timer needs at least 2.9 psi of water pressure to work properly. Therefore, It's recommended that the water tank should be at least 7 feet higher than the tap. Some customers install it directly at the outlet of the tank and in such case solenoid valve might not open fully. If you are in doubt, we encourage you to order this, try it out. I had bought this but the water from the outlet is coming drop by drop what may be the issue. Even I had checked the inlet there is no dust in it. Can anyone help on this please..
