Just wanted to add to the drop from ladder to window: You can look left of window and drop. It can be good if you think someone might be mid.

You aim at around the same level as that paint bucket, so lower than head level. Then just hold D untill you drop and the after you drop hold S

On 64 tick I never hit any of these jumps. The Lower mid and B truck drops are like 50/50 for me, snipers nest drop is 100% and the T ramp one is like 4/5
