Bukit Repin (1,341m)

This appears to be an unpopular hike judging by the rough terrain we encountered along the way.

May be since there was no view at the summit or due to the amount of leeches, we did not encounter anyone at the trail except when we reached summit.

There are two ways to summit, one via Kemansah, Selangor and one via Janda Baik, Pahang. Kemansah trail is much longer (13km?) but easier elevation. Whereas elevation via Janda Baik is much steeper.

The hike starts with 3 river crossings with water level depending on upstream flow.

Be prepared for leeches ALL along the hike.

One hour into the hike is the famous century old tree with its iconic roots.

A fairly technical hike with slippery terrain, thick undergrowth, unclear path on certain parts. Do not hike this trail unless you have a GPS device.
