Hello hello again!
I'm just gonna pop this here, seeming as I get an absolute butt-tonne of the same question, and it's getting a little repetitive (Sorry, I just hate to repeat myself over and over...)
Most of the content from this AMV comes from the second and third OVA of Yona of the Dawn, with some pieces from the main series.

Thanks for the continued support, my beans! This has really taken off, further than I thought I'd ever get!

Honestly Zeno is the strongest character pretty much

After reading the manga, I can honestly say that Zeno is the only character in any series that's made me comprehend the burden of immortality. It's usually either thought of as an ultimate power or in the cases where it's negative--as an ability a character ineffectively broods over. There's just something about the way the scenes are drawn, an unexpected element of horror present in the depictions of him allowing himself to be literally torn apart in his effort to be a shield. Worse still, the reader isn't made aware of his power until pretty far into the story which makes the impact all the more distressing. It's to the point where I would be devastated if he wasn't able to die at the end of the series.

What I find kinda sad, when Yona and the others found out that Zeno was the first generation, Yona was really the only that was concerned that Zeno would have been alone that whole time (of course, he made it light-hearted and told them he got married before, to lighten the mood, ) which really shows how she is the reincarnation of the King. Whilst everyone was just shocked, Yona felt sorry for him, because she figured that Zeno would have been alone for the majority of his life.

I feel the worst for zeno. Imagine living on while you lose all those you cared for.
Also i hate the fact so much that all the dragons had to deal with such b.s in their life. Yes the white dragon was still somewhat well off but still, he was so alone. The dragons were supposed go be treated as heroes but instead got treated as monsters... I hate it. I've cried in all of their stories.

You can see the difference of the current Zeno to how he was before. The sharp eyes and serious aura is so different to his smiling face whenever he's with the gang. I don't want to think of the inevitable pain from loss of these newfound loves later on:( sometimes I think what I would do if I were in his situation, would I build relationships even though I know that they'll all pass me by? Or avoid it altogether?

A lot of these comments are saying how badly people feel for Zeno, (And don't get me wrong I feel sad for him. He's definitely gone through hell and back.) but honestly we should be focusing on how strong of a person he is. And that he was chosen for a reason, the dragon knew he'd be able to handle it. And we should be celebrating his strength and courage throughout his journey.

It breaks my heart when King Hiryuu hugs Zeno. He was a god, so he's the only one who knows exactly what it means that Zeno's body can't be hurt. To know that a person he loves will go through unspeakable pain and that he will be unable to do anything about it must be soul-crushing for him.

So far Zeno's story is the most heart breaking, saddest, painful story. It is the story of lossing, waiting, loving, continued lossing and waiting and lossing. It is the most painful kind of torture, you keep on hurting to the maximum level but unable to die.

In vol 18 or the manga, Zeno is facing down a batailion or soldiers. He stands there alone with this legendary one-liner "Unlike you I have no limits, I can fight for centuries" and my heart breaks everytime I read it

Also, it's so amazing. Zeno has lost so much. Been stabbed, broken, 'killed' so many times. And yet, he's the one who smiles the most..the one who laughs the most..the one who makes others smile and be happy..Even though, deep down, he knows they'll pass eventually..."Those who smile the most, have cried the most tears."

Zeno has been the only yellow dragon. His life must have been hard for him. I feel so sorry for him 😢

I feel his pain. It makes my heart ache so much. I cry every single time. He carries so much pain yet keeps such a happy optimistic attitude. He is such an amazing character
