When you're a senior leader or a director in a company, how can you build executive presence? What different strategies do you need to use to create executive presence at work? In this video, I talk about a common obstacle that senior leaders face when it comes to building executive presence. Many of you probably feel it from time to time. I also talk about how you can overcome this common obstacle as well as what you concretely need to do, as a senior leader or executive, to start building executive presence for yourself.

I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've seen it all when it comes to interviews. Honestly, the whole process feels more like a test of memory than actual skill. I remember one interview where they grilled me on the most obscure details of a framework I hadn't used in years. It's like, seriously, who memorizes that stuff? It's all on Google anyway! I used an AI tool that listens to the interview and gives you answers. It felt a little wrong, but I aced it and landed a great job. I like your advice in this video, especially the part about focusing on the audience. It's a great reminder that leadership is about connecting with people, not just having all the answers.

What's your opinion about promotion is more possible to those who reports to work in the office everyday? It seems that people who reports to office less (like 2-3 days in a week in the office) don't get the promotion they deserve even if they are better than those who were promoted just because they work in the office everyday. Thank you in advance.

Outdated... a new Era has just begun...
The young prefer Elon Musk or Jen-Hsun Huang (I'm closest to him, but I'll also sometimes speak like Musk ["You are absolutely wrong!" :D] but I'm not a copy)
The new leader is more of an "older wise brother".
The best leader is Sigma Empath, and then Sigma, and then stoic...

*Of course we still have "customs", which appropriate behavior, but much more chillout in everyday/ informal situations...

Bella- nomen omen- Ciaooo...! :D
