Boxed Heroes is my favorite mystery box. I've gotten tons of really good books and the boxes weren't even considered winners. Predator 1 and Uncanny Xmen 201 come to mind.

The "SCOOT" comics "create a comic" was the family friendly comic. Something they have done to incorporate children.

Love the Vampirella book. I’ve been collecting them for the past two years. I was tempted to do a Comic Tom box, but didn’t want to spend the money.

I'm with you on no doing mystery boxes although I was tempted on the one Brys comics just did. I was about to pull the trigger and before I had a chance he sold out and already posted his show talking about announcing the big winners.

Never bought mystery boxes, never saw the point. I could see if it was themed. Like Avengers, and their solo books. Or Bat Family books. That maybe you may not get exactly what you want, but then you won't be so disappointed.
