Can we just appreciate how this guy looks like he’s going “just be cool just be cool just be cool” in his head as he’s talking to Brett? That slightly unnatural point to her when he recognizes her, like he’s pretending like it took him a moment to recognize her but in fact he totally did right away and is trying to act natural 😆

I think the writers are going to let these side relationships play out for a couple of episodes to highlight the jealousy and how much Brett and Casey want to be with each other. I don’t think the firefighter with Brett will last or the rescued woman with Casey will last long either. This will hopefully be the final push for Casey to prove that he has moved on from Dawson and that he wants Brett.

Writers, please let them be together and don’t break them apart like they do with every other relationship in the One Chicago shows...we need Brettsey!
