The Healing Scriptures in Matthew 8:16-17 confirm that Isaiah 53:1-5 is talking about physical and mental healing and is not taken out of context
Isaiah 53 is one of the most quoted Old Testament chapters in the New Testament. The HOLY SPIRIT repeatedly instructed those who penned the Bible to repeat the phrases in this chapter. Typically when there is anything about correction or punishment in the Bible no one says its "Out of context" but when there is discussion about the Glorious good things in the Bible for some people its just too good to be true. GOD is in fact.... good.

and Healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which
was spoken by Esaias The Prophet, saying, HIMSELF took
our Infirmities, and bare our Sicknesses."
