Climate disasters are causing billions of dollars in damage and hitting the poorest countries the hardest. But wealthy countries are responsible for the majority of earth-warming carbon emissions. A key question at the COP27 climate conference is: who should pay for the loss and damage due to climate change? This question of "who will pay for this" is actually the REASON behind our problems. It should've been "how much you're going to suffer (financially or otherwise) if you don't stop emitting so much CO2 and other gasses". We need solutions, not "shut the f$$$ up" money. That money is made by creating the problem in the first place.

To move forward a framework is needed to ensure all countries contribute to Climate Action proportionate to their GDP. Which means richer countries will always pay more! Going backwards may be problematic.

Better for rich Developed countries to share their technology and intelligence cheaply so that Developing countries could transform effectively.
