I love how honest she actually is about her routine, like i can fully relate to all the struggles which is nice. she isn't trying to paint this perfect picture of her life where she eats perfectly or wakes up super early and works out every day and is in such great shape. Like obviously she keeps fit and looks amazing but she's honest about the struggles of finding motivation
