Let me Try that Again | Fishing to Perfection

I wanted to do a Stardew Valley Challenge where I attempt to purchase perfection by means of only fishing.

This is actually my second start to this challenge as I was informed in the comments that I was indeed doing it wrong.

Here's the rules for this Challenge:
1. Aside from fishing I can't advance towards perfection unless I buy it.
2. I can only sell fish and fish adjacent goods. (i.e. Roe, Aged Roe, Squid Ink etc.)

This is possible because you can purchase the community upgrades from Joja Mart.
Thanks to update 1.6 you can purchase xp books from the book seller to advance all the other skills.
There is now a parrot on Ginger Island who you can pay to find all the Walnuts you haven't collected yet.
And lastly there is a guy named Fizz who will sell us perfection waivers.

Here's a breakdown of the costs associated with perfection:

Joja Mart
- Joja Membership = 5000
- Minecarts = 15000
- Panning = 20000
- Quarry = 25000
- Greenhouse = 35000
- Bus = 40000
Total = 140000

Cost of Skills
~ 60 Books/Skill to Level 10
- 5000-10000/Book
Total ~ 1200000-2400000

Cost of Walnuts
- 10000/Unfound Walnut
Total ~ 1300000

Total Cost All Together
~ 43840000

Here's a link to the other video where I explain the challenge a little more:

And here's the link to the reddit page I referenced regarding where to fish in each season:

As far as the museum goes only collecting the stardrop at the end should affect your perfection tracker

Fish adjacent is a tricky slope, but given it progresses the Forage XP, it would then set you to a cumulative level where you wouldn't need as many books! BUT! I would say if you can somehow do it to a point where the amount of books remains the same (So you spend the same amount but still get some forage exp) then it would be fair game since it's extremely limited and kinda dangerous given if you go over... it's grounds to reset the day or even the run

I'm also interested in the thought of how far along the fishing track you're going to go as all fish caught gives around 10% listed on the wiki
I'm new to 1.6 and the waivers and stuff but given the only thing you're allowed to do is fish I wonder what your take on it is?
