Do you ever have or had what we called back in the 50s & 60s in England an Indian summer❤️. We get sudden summer weather in September and October, sometimes into November.❤️ Now I suppose they call it a heat wave. In 1963 the experts told us we were going into a new ice age. 🥶😂😂

I never catch this live as I'm in church Sunday evening. But I watch it later. Looking forward to hearing about ketones! I'm trying so hard to get ketones high n gki low but I cant fat fast every day! I need enough protein to maintain muscle too. Even longer fasts don't always give me high ketones. My fasting insulin in June was 4.7 but since I can't lose the last 25# maybe I am insulin resistant?

Anita a butter eating day like only butter like a fat fast day but just butter? Interesting might boost my hormones, huh and my keytones might do my thyroid some good too? And some fat loss I hope too. Maybe something I will challenge this month.

One - GREEK yogurt can be used in your egg loaf as a cream cheese substitute
(I am going to make your egg loaf tomorrow YEAH as I have Greek yogurt)
Two - I thought I heard mention of a "grounding mat" and was very interested in
that ... do you have a link for this?

Glucerna is terrible. Back before I knew seed oils were terrible, I drank it at work. It spiked my blood sugar horribly and if just really horrible for you. Hope someone told the person who asked.

I love following you, because your journey reminds me of me. I have done all of the things you did, but somehow am still far from goal. I started at 280 and was down to 200 last September 30 (my birthday). I got off track and ended back up to 240 near the end of June. Am currently at 225 and trying to stick to carnivore, but throwing egg fasts and sardine fasts in. I'm trying not to beat myself up as another birthday draws near and I more than wasted the opportunity to lose more. I'm hoping to close that gap and be closer to 200. I'm curious to know if you ever gained weight in your 10 year journey. I've done it far more times than I like to admit. 😭
