What is a typical time frame to finish a contract? For a book say under 3 hours or one that is 3-5 hours?

When you say it takes you 15-20 minutes for an hour, do you mean that for every raw hour of recorded, unedited audio, you complete the edits in only 15 to 20 minutes?? That's incredibly fast!

Recently I had someone reach out to me in regards for a quote to narrate their book. It set off some red flags for me seeing as I have only 2 samples and have yet to be booked with anyone yet. The book is around 21, 000 words and they asked my price and we negotiated to around $80 PFH. I havnt committed to anything yet as I still have a suspicion this could be a scam. How common is this and what should I look out for going forward?

That bedtime stories book looks like a scam to me. Never do a book where they tell you how many hours they need it to be. I did that once and got ripped off.
