The dialogue for Sadako's voiceline is a bit off. I believe he's saying "Sadako, not you! Sadako! Wait a minute, I live with Sadako, I mean-- (Nicolas Cage noise)-- it's okay." The "I live with Sadako" part might be in reference to his wife, Riko Shabata, who has long black hair like Sadako, but I'm not entirely sure.

I think he’s referring to his metal son with long straight hair. His hair does cover his face a little like Sadako.
