Thank you! It went almost exactly like you said on my 2014 pathfinder. I had an extremely hard time getting my very large hands into the space where the bulb holder was, but, judicious use of water pump and needle nose pliers solved that problem. Also, I didn’t take the panel completely off, so, that might be a time savings for some people. Can you believe a highway patrolman stopped me just for this one thing? But, he was extremely courteous and I appreciated that he was working on Christmas Eve. Thanks again for a great video and a great help!

Just wanted to say thanks, I used this video as a guide to swap out my license plate bulbs, but for another similarly-sized Nissan model, Terra. Saw how similar the Pathfinder's rear door trim was in your vid and figured giving it a go.

General steps are 💯 same: remove fasteners, unclip from top going along the sides (I used a cheap car trim removal toolkit), unclip the hand grip thingy, then a good tap from the top part dislodges the whole thing. Awesome video guide overall, clear and easy to follow. Cheers

Thanks for this video! One of the bulbs went out and I decided to put in LEDs. Only issue was turning the lights in place. My hands didn’t fit so well so it was a pain getting them on and off. But other than that with your instructions it was really quick. Thanks again

Thank you for this great tutorial and many others. I just finished replacing the license plate lights with the same LED lights that you used. The lights are really bright but the con side of it is that it is impossible to set/adjust the bright sides to shine directly on the license plate.
