I think Sam is a really cool guy, and Max is probably even a cooler dude. I say, more Max time. I like how he was really involved in this video. Oh, Sam, put shoes on when you’re in the kitchen. Safety second I always say. What’s first? Avocados of course! If you’ve read this far, know this. Sam’s cooking is freakin phenomenal, and I’m not even kidding. I’ve made several of his recipes, each one has been a hands down smash hit!

I’m not sure about the mango pico de gallo but as Sam says, “Don’t eat the same thing all the time!” So I’ll give it a try. Sure does look interesting though I just can’t imagine how all the flavors work together.
