COVID-19 Rapid Response: Deploying Student Changemakers

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in multiple cascading crises involving public health, housing, unemployment, & domestic violence. Each required organizations to rapidly respond both in terms of remote operations & provision of services to meet the crisis. This session will unpack the experience of the Northeastern University School of Law Unemployment Rapid Response project, which assembled a team of nearly 90 law students to assist nearly 500 people file for unemployment.
