My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

The FGN Dollar bond aims to compete with the Fed Dollar bond. With the goal of attracting Nigerians in Diaspora, with an interest rate 2X what the is offered abroad. It makes it attractive for them, since they aren't converting their USD.

The USD is cheaper because of the relative stability of the USD vs NGN.

The rate is lower than the FGN naria bond because the Naira may still depriciate further, against the dollar, i think it is better to invest in this bond instead of keeping the dollar at home or in your bank account

Naira is our local currency and a weaker currency. FGN due to inflation and MPR rate, cannot offer below the current rate. If anything happens, CBN will print money and pay investors back but this is not same with dollars. Dollar is a foreign currency and the rates are not controlled by FGN but by our trade activities

Flo, nice analysis, but money is not money. Hard currency like dollar is stronger than naira. While dollar keeps gaining strength naira keeps losing against the dollar.

Hello Ms Flo, quick question. Which is better, gro max 13% of FD / yr or Average Dividend Yield % of 10% from FCMB

I would not invest in this vehicle either because of time value of money because with time, the Dollar will fluctuate against the Naira and interest rate paid will fluctuate and beside come when you want to cash in your capital, if the exchange rate is not favourable against the naira, you would have suffered capital repayment devaluation. It is for the big boys!!!

Pls is it wise to invest in US stocks from Nigeria? I'm asking because we still convert naira to dollars to buy these stocks . Thanks

In your last video you sounded like the FGN defaulted on the FGN bonds. Please don't do that again. Don't spread FUD. Be calming down with this your channel. You get carried away sometimes
