Mam U told that bailment must be of goods/ movable propert, but if I give home to neighbours for marriage ceremony.
Is it not be considered bailment??

ma'am in gratuitous acts there is no consideration then how can it be a valid contract?

13:15 ma'am but according to RK Bangia contract 2 8th edition 2022, pg no.59
"Carrier or transporter is not bailee"
