This is an introduction to a two-part series that teaches why and how to remember past lives. We dive into the evolution of the soul, how our consciousness is composed of "ego" and "essence" – and how the illumination of this leads to the awakening of consciousness and remembering past lives. We intimately understand how within the depths of our psyche holds the secret memories of our past existences and how this all relates to the Law of Karma, Law of Recurrence, & Law of Return (otherwise known as "Reincarnation"). Recently I had an ‘awakening’ and realized so much shit about my life and what I need to do and where I need to be. I feel like I’m actually starting my life now and I love it, I’ve been able to let go of so many things. I’m always analyzing my thoughts and the world around me in my thoughts and things just start to make sense. About everything. We’re all connected and meant to connect to nature and animals and the world around us, while reflecting on our inner selves and how to constantly grow more as spiritual beings even though we’ve gone through “negative” things but still finding purpose and reason to the life you’re living. Letting go is very difficult but ultimately necessary to live out our life the way we were meant to.

When I was an infant, there was a sphere that would appear floating in the room where I slept next to my cradle and this sphere would take me to some beautiful places all the time. I always wanted to tell my parents about the sphere but I couldn't because I didn't know how to speak. I started to remember all of this once I was already an adult, somehow I knew when I was an infant that the more I learned about this world the more I would forget about the sphere and that is exactly what happened. I hope to meet again with that sphere one day because I mis it alot.

This is something that I have always felt deeply inside. A sensation that is indescribable, lurking in the background with no other name to give it than eternal recurrence. Every time I'm presented a story of twin flames kept separate by eternal recurrence; coming together only to be ripped apart by circumstance, I am impacted in a place so deep that I have no memory of it, but a nagging familiarity is present. I've been working hard to take note of the patterns that arise in my life and where that feeling of deep familiarity chooses to surface. There are other very specific instances, but I digress. This is absolutely fantastic! This is the content I've been looking for. The fact that I have been drawing churches and cathedrals ever since my youth, finally starts to make sense. This could even explain my deep connection to Notre Dame of Paris. Why my first word was "quoi"! My vision of the the fire. I still have the picture of the déjà vu wich I created 5 years before the fire. I could never explain my silent obsession with churches and cathedrals despite not being converted to christianity. But it finally starts to make sense. This video roughly connected it all to me. Also the way how people describe me in this life, last summer; the druid, the crusader, the hermite, the alchemist... the churchbuilder, the architect. I'm in tears because I really don't feel like I'm 34 years old, but rather hundreds of years old. If not thousands of years. Especially when I'm working on a drawing of a cathedral. It's hard to find somebody to talk on this level.

I remember parts of my past life. I was from Eastern Europe during the 1910s-1930s, remembering caused me great grief for a very long time until I came to terms with reincarnation. I was a seamstress and had my parents and younger brother. Then it feels like they were taken from me or me from them and I was forced into this life. When I was a child I felt a deep emptiness and sadness, I was missing my past "real family" I would sit by the window facing the street to wait for my real family to pick me up. And while I love my current family, I felt they're more like strangers I am passing through this life back before I return to my past family. I also always could read Cyrillic it was baffling as to how its possible and I always knew how to sew with a needle and thread. When I started to learn Russian it was like a spark that light up inside me and everything started to make sense. I'm no longer sad at all but rather excited to learn about past lives, spirituality, and I have all eternity to explore the great mysteries of the universes/dimensions. So, happy ending.

Very powerful insight, makes a lot of sense to me. During my 10 day vipassana meditation, I saw this image in my mind, a flower of life in the center, a very bright light doorway to the left, but 2/3 of the flower of life was covered with a shade of darkness. I have been trying to figure out what that means, but after seeing your image of the composition of consciousness, it all made sense now. So thank you Gene for enlightening me.

Who we are is locked inside as our innermost feelings of what we connect with. It can be based on fashion sense, physical locations, timelines we feel connected to, etc. I practice past life regression therapy and I had to work with other practitioners to learn. Everything that came out of my own consciousness was spot on and could not be made up. Hands down, the most positive way to gain the most insight into the past and how it connects to who we are now.
