Great to hear!! I am a woman that is 5'10" and my husband is 5'4" and he is the most wonderful man that I have meet in my entire life! In our 18 years of marriage, we've gotten a lot of weird looks from people when they see us walk by but we smile and say, you don't know what you're missing. On one occasion we went to a store and woman employee told the other clerk: "I prefer a big boat, whether it works or not" and I told her: "What little self-esteem you have. I'm worth, I don't care if the "boat" that I have next to me is big or small, the important thing is that it "works" and mine works very good"

I am short (5'5") who has absolutely zero luck with women, but that's probably mostly due to my confidence, but I hate when people use short male celebrities dating taller women; they are famous and wealthy. Pretty sure if I was rich and famous I would probably have better luck lol

In my experience, it's been the tall girls who are more open-minded. It's the really short girls who are super shallow with their unrealistic expectations

I'm a 5' 10" woman. Before I never dated short guys, even though it seems like more short guys would ask me out. I finally accepted a date with a guy who was 5'4". I had such a great time I started accepting dating from other short men. Short men always treat me like a goddess. What they lack in height, they usually make up for in personality and romance! I'm now dating a guy who is 5' 6" and I adore him. I've never enjoyed dating so much. I love short men.

I’m 5’6 and I wear boots to make me 5’7… I never did online dating. I found my current wife at my job and she’s shorter then me by about 2 inches. I can only imagine how toxic online dating can be.

It's probably because they're just getting called out on it. It's kind of hard to criticize men for liking certain preferences in a woman, when you have a height requirement for dates. But stay strong my vertically challenged brothers.

I'm about 5'6, and when I was in Uni I asked a girl (5'1) out, she didn't have to say it outright but the writing was on the wall; especially when she told me she wasn't interested in dating anyone, but ended up dating my close friend(6'1) two weeks later. But dating isn't logical, and I learned to live with it... and compensate by being more successful ;) Also I'm married now, to a much nicer gal, who happens to be my height exactly.

Being 5'7 it can be a bit hard. Especially with women being overly selective and unrealistic. I think in a way the fact that they are now getting called out on it and many see that they have to start settling is probably why this is happening. Now with that being said, I've had women tell me they won't date me simply due to my height. Other girls I've dated towered over me. At the end of the day I simply refused to simp for them and told them that I can't control my height so if it really bothers them, then they should leave sooner rather than later. Even for a short guy, I don't have too many troubles with the ladies. Usually the problem has more to do with values and lifestyle than anything else.

Im 5'5" n I've always had a problem with girls thinking im too short... but the bulk of mine have been taller.... like u said we can't control our size

I'm 5'6" and used to be very self conscious about my height, but once I accepted it, I focused on other things I could change and became more confident.
Online dating is still a challenge, but IRL, it's a lot easier since I just have to be myself and not bring a dating resume.
Half the women I've dated have been taller than me.
In short, no pun intended, make up your lack of height in other quality traits.
Respect yourself and don't simp, short kings. 👑
