hamilton beach is garbage. Mine microwave won't turn. So I turned it over to take off the bottom cover and there are like 20 screws. Which screws do I need to take out to figure out why it won't turn. The piece on top is not connected to anything below. No motor that I can see. So the motor has to have fallen off. What garbage.

I bought an Oster and it is doing the same thing. Mine is probably a year old but I might use it once a week if I'm lucky. Makes me mad spending money on things and it not holding up! Being from and still living in Alpena I kind of take offense to that comment.
