I would like to know which eyelid primer is the best. I don’t feel like the most expensive is the answer. My cousin got the urban decay and it felt exactly like a cheaper brand I have but she didn’t agree.
So I would love to hear opinions on good, cheap ones. Even ones that could be dupes for the more expensive.
