Skylar's glance at her mum taught me that the applause of the crowd means nothing to the validation and approval your child gets from the parent. The way she glanced at her mum all through and ran to her immediately after is golden. She dances like a dream. I wish her the best.

As an extremely aged dancer but someone who is somewhat knowledgeable in dance, in my humble opinion, Skylar is an example for many to follow. Her dance teacher needs to be commended for guiding her along the way and most of all her mother needs to be praised for all the sacrifices that she has made. For you Skylar, the Queen would be delighted to have you do a command performance for her. It was an honour that I had at the age of 12. Bless you and may you remain as humble in your future as you are now.
