In this video we show Anna how to change over her Oticon Real, and Oticon More receivers (Speaker Units) from a shorter Length 2 to a longer length 3 receiver as she found them a little short and pulling out of her ears. As a remote client living in Tasmania she enjoys using Oticon Remote Care and Harmony Hearing Tele-Audiology as a means to fine tune her hearing aids and for management coaching. We also show you how to orientate and put on the Oticon Retention Lines or Ear Grips.

I have Oticon More 2s with standard receiver. I'm assuming the minifit tubes listed on the link you have in comments below will work w these? Also can I upgrade the receiver from standard 60 to medium 85 without any issues ?

I have a set of "mini R" Oticons and, one of them just stopped producing sound. I could change settings with it - mode and volume but - no sound. The speakers were clear (not plugged) so, I came to troubleshoot them. After removing the carrier, "dusting" it off and reinserting - it works now! Must have been a corroded/dirty contact? Anyway - thanks!

Question, how often should I change my ear dome or that little white piece you put in with that black marker and you flip it around where there’s the new one? Thank you for your time

The right speaker works on my iPhone, but I don't get any signals and I don't hear any sound
Does it need to change parts or not?

My oticon hearing aids both work with blue tooth but my right hearing aid goes on and off as a hearing aid. Can this be fixed? It randomly works and then goes off for a couple of hours at a time. I can hear the cell phone calls through blue tooth but the hearing aid ability completely shuts down.

My wife creates an excessive amount of ear wax, and has profound hearing loss The hearing aid is an Oticon. I can't find an air vent, and there's no rubber dome to remove. Replacing the wax trap was the first thing I tried. The ear molds are not removable, you need a special tool, the receiver looks like it is inside the mold itself. I tried to fix it myself, she ended up needing a new ear mold. It is an Oticon The audiologist she went to retired, and closed his office. We went to several audiologists, non of them will even attempt to clean or repair them. We can't afford the ~$4, 000 to replace them, they're rechargeable. What's going on? HELP! Evidently, no audiologist knows anything about this type of hearing aid, I find that incredible.
