do you know... has Pictory changed? I just signed up for a trial because your walk through seemed great.

I've created a text to video, when I click 'Proceed' I'm not asked about templates and can't see any options of where to find them. I don't have the story board menu that shows 'visuals, music, styles', etc.

Their support has been challenging and no phone # to reach them.
