Elon Musk has suggested the following changes to Twitter (among others):

1. Edit button (to be available for a specified time)

2. Twitter to be a Subscription service (Say $1 per month, subscription to paid annually upfront).

3. Subscription amount to vary from country to country based on the capacity to pay in those countries.

4. There will be no scrutiny of individual tweets. Nor will there be a ban on anyone.

5. No advertisements on the platform.

6. No profile NFTs.

Since it will be a subscription service, all accounts will be identifiable & responsible for their own tweets. Goodbye to TwitterBots, and bogus accounts.
