Literally the best "entry-level" cymbals at the Thomann right now. I own 16' and 18' crash and those sound fantastic.

these cymbals are beyond amazing, especially for the price. I used to play extreme metal and broke about 3k$ of cymbals in my life - Zildjian, Paiste, Sabian, Istanbul... - but these didn't break, ever! They sound similar to Zildjian A custom (those break the fastest). They are very washy and bright, tho. So don't expect a nice stick definition on the ride or hi hat, but the ride bell is awesome and it's crash sound is one of the best IMO. These cymbals have 0 competition in this price range. The Zultan series are more expensive, break faster and are also much quieter (IDK why). All other b8-b12 variants also don't come close in price and are more harsh to the ears.

I own the 14" Crash, 16" Crash and 16" China. All sound wonderfull. Nice typical B20 sound with lots of wash. Espacially the China is impressive. Gonna get the 18", too.

I have the 18" crash. Loud and High pitched. Better than the price would suggest.

Hi hats and ride cymbals take artistry to be made great but I always believe that we overpay for crash cymbals and right here is the proof, these sound better than any big company’s 200€ and below crashes.

Mine sound very different. The cymbals in this video have a very clean tone but mine are quite trashy/harsh, especially the 18" crash. Why is that?

Sounds like they should cost 500€ for 14” hihat, 16”, 18” crash and a 20” ride. Buy them.
