I had high hopes but it didn’t work for me. Hardly any earwax comes out. And even on the lowest setting its quite painful.

I just use a ear cleaning camera. It comes with a scoop attached to the end, so you can see where the wax is and scoop it out.

This thing felt really great (water reservoir kind of small) but I got an ear infection 4 days later. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR EARS, PEOPLE.

One filling only lasts 30 seconds, at least. Is this enough time to sufficiently clean your ears.. then need to refill.. usb port not covered so water will get in.. should have a rubber covering

When a little water gets deep in my ear in the shower it's so annoying and feels like I can't get it out. This thing would turn that feeling up to 11.

Usually I don’t fall for products sold on tv but I’ll admit this one got me. Does nothing but squirt water in my ear. I could just lean my ear against the water coming out of the shower head instead. Same result

Mine stopped working after a few weeks. It won't turn on and two LED lights just alternate on and off while trying to recharge it. It never recharges after being left plugged in for over a day.

This device is exceptionally poor quality with a track record of failing after a few months. Common issues include 1). turning on randomly in the middle of the night, 2). battery failure, 3). pump failure.
