Korea launches one-stop government service website

The Korean government is introducing an all-in-one administrative website for residents.
On Wednesday, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety launched W-W-W-dot-G-O-V-dot-K-R.
Log on to gain access to some 70-thousand services and related information from the central office and local government.
Residents can also request civil documents, check out passport expiration dates, or pay for public services they used.
The website also ditched the outdated Active X... plug-ins that were required for security on previous versions,... making it easier to run it on any browser.
