Display Loading Spinner while Fetching API Response

In this lecture, we will work on displaying the loading spinner while fetching the API response. This lecture might be helpful for you in most cases because almost all react apps need this feature. Here I am using a very simple bootstrap 5 spinners but if you wish you can use or enhance them in mode advanced way.
