it really is amazing that someone took good enough care of that guitar for it to still look and sound the way it does.

What a sensational guitar, and what a thing to own? Has the looks, sound and provenance. Hope this guitar now gets out of its box and does what it was made to do. Play!
This is another reason why we have got to support our music shops for finding and putting up gems like this. Great credit to Norman's Guitars and all street guitar shops.

I dont think a lot of people realize that well made acoustic guitars can fall apart very easily if not kept in proper humidity. I've seen 2-3000 dollar guitars split, lose their bridges etc.... when they were new because they weren't cared for properly. It's amazing that these old guitars not only survived but look so good.

That top is lil-bit warped around the bridge-but so you would be if you were born 1941 : )

The most expensive and sought after guitar in the world right there. And it looks to be in mint condition. I wonder what it sold for?

I swear to God, I'll give you $1000 for it right now! In all seriousness, WOW sounds like a canon. Can barely hear Norm speaking over it! PS-Please tune it next time. Lol
