TECTUS TE 640 3D BW/20 Bracket for 3/4' Cladding

We all know that Simonswerk's original answer to the clad door was the TE 540 3D A8 and TE 640 3D A8 hinge, which moves the mounting of the hinge from 4mm behind the face of the door to 8mm.

But we always get questions about applications w/ thicker cladding.

These new brackets allow 16 or 20mm cladding and leave the effective hinge mounting at the
4mm mark from the very front face of the door, but actually attached to the face of the door and frame, not the edge.

You can see that you would need to notch out the cladding for this to work. You would completely route out the front of door and frame to accommodate the hinge.

You then attach to the BW/16 or BW/20 bracket to the face of the door/frame and the hinge mounts to the BW16/20 on both sides.
