You have growth on the pilings that attract smaller bait fish that in turn pulls in the bigger guys, too. Great places to work down for crappie.

The concrete pilasters transfer a little heat in still water. One are two degrees seems to make a difference in cold water conditions. Love the bridge where I'm at but it seems to see a lot of pressure. Only good on weekdays lol.
