Running the Endurance Life Gower Ultra Marathon. An early start but well worth it for the route and views!
Fueling was much better although still didn’t eat enough. Time through aid stations better. Brutal rain and wind on upper coastal paths. Hadn’t accounted for so much sand dune running! Last 6miles were really tough and had to dig deep
